1) What is Click-4-Klick?
A charity project to raise funds for President’s Challenge 2010, by getting donors to pledge a sum for every kilometre run by Ms Kelly Lim (MAJ Lim Thong).
2) Who are the organisers?
A group of professionals from all walks of life, sharing the passion in charity fund raising and running, volunteering to form the Organising Committee for Click-4-Klick.
3) Who are the beneficiaries?
The funds raised will go entirely and directly to President’s Challenge 2010, in support of the less advantaged in our community.
4) Who is the Champion?
Ms Kelly Lim is our very own ultra-marathon runner. She has been running marathons and ultra-marathons both here and overseas since 2001. She wishes to challenge herself to raise S$50,000 for President’s Challenge 2010 on the very first day of year 2010, and running at least 160 kilometres for 30 hours.
5) What is the route of her 30-hour run?
She will be starting her run on 1 Jan 2010, 3am at Bedok Reservoir, by running around the reservoir, before en-route to MacRitchie Reservoir to continue the rest of the run by running the Yellow Trail Loop (10.5km) in MacRitchie Reservoir. She will be ending her run at MacRitchie Reservoir Zigzag Bridge on 2 Jan 2010, 9am.
6) Are there any other runners?
Yes, there will be runners providing support with her at all times. We will list down the support runners once the list is finalized.
7) Are there updates on the distance covered?
Yes, we will be updating the distance covered through our website ( http://click-4-klick.blogspot.com ) and Facebook Fanpage as frequently as possible during the whole run. At the end of the event, we will inform you of the final distance covered via email/sms.
8) Will I be entitled to tax deduction for the donated amount?
Yes, you will be entitled to double tax deduction for the donated amount. Please complete the donation form, including your personal particulars, and send it with the cheque to:
